JGR Terms & Conditions


  • • Members must provide the JGR card either in digital physical format at the time of purchase.
  • • Points are applicable only for Jewellery purchases.
  • • JGR Reward card is valid only at the country of issuance.
  • • Points may not be applicable during the promotion period.
  • • The validity of the points is one year from the date of issue.
  • • Points will be calculated only on product value excluding VAT.
  • • JGR points cannot be merged with other JGR member's points.
  • • JGR Points are not applicable for 24 kt Gold products, 22 kt coins, loose stones.
  • • JGR points is not applicable Gift card, Gift voucher & Corporate TAX refund invoice.
  • • JGR card can be generated only for the individual who is above 18 years old and cannot issue for the corporates.
